About Clearwater Cleaning

I am James. My wife Talia and I started Clearwater because we thought window cleaning deserved to be done better than it usually is.

Not faster. Better. The kind of job where someone walks around afterwards, looks closely, and cannot find anything to point at.

That meant buying proper equipment rather than the cheapest kit we could find. It meant working out exactly how a home should be treated when you are inside it, and writing that down so every person on our team does it the same way.

We have been doing this since 2021 and have looked after hundreds of homes across Melbourne's east.

We are a small team based in Melbourne's east, working across the eastern suburbs.

Everyone who works with us is trained to the same written standard, works in uniform, and is covered by our insurance. No subcontractors in your home, and no rotating faces. If someone new is coming to your home, we will tell you their name before they arrive.
